Below are selected numbers from the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics for Q4 of 2009. What do you think of these numbers? Too high? Too low?

  • Administrative services managers: 3.5%
  • Insurance claims and policy processing clerks: 4.3%
  • Word processors and typists: 4.6%
  • First-line supervisors/managers of office and administrative support: 5.4%
  • Human resources, training and labor relations specialists: 5.6%
  • File clerks: 6.9%
  • Secretaries and administrative assistants: 8.1%
